Our meals are carefully prepared using fresh ingredients sourced, whenever possible, from local fishermen, regional producers, and our own household. The menu is inspired by the traditional cuisine of Dobrogea and the Danube Delta, featuring a variety of fresh fish specialties, while also offering delicious meat dishes and options for guests who prefer not to eat fish. To ensure the highest quality and freshness, all meals are prepared by reservation only, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, for groups of at least four guests. Every dish is freshly cooked especially for you, with great care and attention to detail. We warmly invite you to enjoy an authentic culinary experience in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, where every meal tells the story of the Danube Delta and its rich gastronomic traditions.
